Unless free shipping is indicated at the checkout, the minimum delivery charge for UK Mainland deliveries is £4.95. Please note that we send all our UK deliveries via recorded and signed for delivery. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel it and our return policy will apply. If your item doesn’t arrive when expected, please get in touch and we will investigate.

Returns
Ready to buy products
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery- within 7 working days (return posting date) for a full refund of the costs of the goods. Unless a product is faulty or damaged at delivery, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the items. Please check your product immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage with 12 hours, we hope you understand that we cannot accept any claims after this time, as we will have to let the courier know. Please make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund goods that are lost in transit.
Made to order products
Our made to order products are non refundable and can only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged, either for a replacement or a credit note valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
